About

I couldn’t even imagine it happening in my wildest dreams. I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to start writing a book. No way. Like all the best things in life, it came to me spontaneously.

It was 2019, and one fateful morning changed everything, eventually giving birth to this website.

Until that moment, there was one problem I couldn’t solve for years, no matter how hard I tried. The question that haunted me after each failed attempt was:

“Why could I maintain discipline in some areas of my life but completely fail in others?”

I’ve always been able to get into workout habits effortlessly. But practicing the guitar, learning a language, or even simple tasks like organizing notes? Those either took forever or never happened at all.

I’m not a stranger to self-discipline. From an early age, I cultivated a lifelong habit of working out, resulting in a body like this:

However, I could not apply same level of discipline in other areas where I wanted to be consistent.

Like most people, I would start something in a burst of motivation, do it for a few days or sometimes a few weeks, and then stop.

I would start and stop multiple times over the years, never being able to maintain consistency. Never understood why.

I’ve been delaying some things for years until I discovered that I was a motivation wave rider. Whenever I got a burst of motivation, I would kickstart an activity only to watch it die out in a few days to a few weeks.

Most advice on self dsicpipme is wrong, it is about creating habits

I often see and hear this misconception perpetuated by people on social media, gurus, and instructors. For example, they say if you want to be disciplined, start going to the gym.

Yeah, sure, it will help you be disciplined in the gym, but that same discipline won’t necessarily help you write a book, learn a language, or stop eating junk food.

It simply does not work that way.

Being disciplined in one area does not necessarily translate to other areas.

I’ve condensed my key learnings into an easy-to-follow mini-course that captures the core principles of this effortless approach to habit formation. If you’re ready to transform your approach to habits and productivity, I warmly invite you to enroll here.
